Facebook first introduced “timeline” in the late summer of 2011 to developers and has slowly been moving users from traditional profile pages to the new timeline design. Timeline offers additional features, larger pictures that can engage users quickly and a plethora of apps designed to leverage the new layout.
Now business owners can also take advantage of the new Timeline layout as well, as Facebook recently announced that “Pages” will be adopting the new Timeline feature starting at the end of March.
