YouTube - Easy Street!

It’s simple! People who leverage videos in their marketing make more money, and it has never been easier to create and publish videos online as it is right now. Chances are you already have what you need to increase traffic and with it conversions.

Today’s smart phones take very good videos and most make it dead simple to upload straight into YouTube, which is not only the largest video sharing site online but it is also one of the top search engines.

Videos make it easy for you to provide insight, share ideas, convey emotions, impart information and so on. And all that leads to driving more traffic and helps connect with people in an age where short attention spans threaten human contact. In 2008, I launched two video channels on YouTube. One of these channels lead to a huge increase in subscribers which then also lead to a significant number of paying customers which brought my profits to a new high.

The second channel, which is based on cooking and sharing recipe ideas, has amassed nearly one million (1,000,000) views as of November 2011 and has certainly gone viral.

What is Holding You Back?

– Good looks?
– Scripted videos?
– High value production?

I often get discouraged knowing that the three items listed above have stopped far too many individuals from moving forward and implementing videos into their marketing arsenal. They obviously forget or have never been told that videos have the power to dramatically increase site visibility while also driving more traffic and boosting up sales.

If any of the three items is slowing your progress online and stopping you from creating videos, get over it! I understand that it can be scary and that some of you may feel that you have nothing worth sharing. I urge you, however, to go around these issues and just do it.

People do not go to YouTube in search of scripted videos, high value production or great looking actors. They are there looking for information on subjects of interest. YouTube is as successful as it is because it is based on common, everyday individuals like you and me who are willing to convey to other everyday individuals real information on countless topics in all the niche markets.
